CQS Performance ("we," "our," or "us") operates the CQS Performance mobile application and website at cqsperformance.com (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including:

- Weapon and armory configurations

Media
If you use the media gallery or Apex Selfie features, photos and images you capture or upload are stored on our servers to enable cross-device sync and sharing functionality.

- Calculate performance analytics and Survival Index scores

CQS Performance uses an offline-first architecture. Your data is stored locally on your device and synced to our cloud infrastructure hosted on Cloudflare (D1 database and R2 storage). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your information.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in the following circumstances:
- Social features: Leaderboard rankings and activity feed posts are visible to other users if you opt in
- Service providers: We use Cloudflare for hosting and data storage
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
- Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format

- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
